The Giove CB4739-E table by Connubia is an extendable table with a contemporary design and distinctive silhouette, designed to enhance the dining area with a minimalist style and bold character. The combination of a metal base with four slanted elliptical legs and an oval top available in melamine, glass, glass stone, or ceramic makes it an ideal solution for modern, convivial spaces with an eye for detail.

Crafted from quality materials, it's designed to last and withstand everyday use without sacrificing aesthetics. The Giove table stands out for its split base: when the table is extended, the base splits into two halves that slide outward, freeing the central compartment housing the folding extension leaf, which aligns with the main tabletop with a simple rotation.

Design and materials

The Giove table features an oval top available in four materials: melamine, with an extension in the same finish; silk-screened tempered glass with a matching laminate extension; ceramic on wood, obtained by applying a porcelain stoneware sheet to a particle board with a special gluing technique, with a matching laminate extension to ensure chromatic and stylistic consistency; glass stone with a matching laminate extension to ensure chromatic and stylistic consistency.

The base is made of machined and welded steel, powder-coated, with four elliptical legs inclined outwards which, when opened, split into two pairs by sliding sideways to allow access to the 50 cm central extension.

The table in the 140 cm oval version has the following dimensions:

● 140 × 100 × H 75 cm – extendable to 190 × 100 cm (50 cm extension)
● Seats: from 6 (closed) to 8 (open)
