RETURNS FOR DEFECTS, VICES, PRODUCT DIFFERENCE - WARRANTY

All items are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects. If the products are damaged due to transport or have production defects, defects or are different from the order, Arredamento Pari commits itself to replace the warranty material without the charge of any expenses.

In this case, the consumer shall, under penalty of forfeiture, report in writing by e-mail to info@arredamentopari.com the defect found within the term of 5 working days from receipt of the goods, indicating the order references and the defect. The customer must by mail also attach detailed photos of the defective.
Customer assistance will provide, if possible, the information necessary to solve the problem and / or to dispatch missing items. In case this is not enough Furniture Pari - Rimini Furniture Group will replace the defective items or refund them. In this case, the consumer must return the goods via our. courier and without additional costs to Arredamento Pari - Rimini Furniture Group, which will replace the product as soon as possible. In no case will the customer be required to return at his own expense defective items or received by mistake.


ARTICLE 14 - Right of withdrawal

The CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from when the same or a third party appointed by him (i) received the Product (i) in case of purchase of several Products delivered separately but included in a single order, received the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must inform PARIS KITCHENS of the decision, by sending an explicit declaration or by using the withdrawal form referred to in Annex I part B of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, attached to these GENERAL CONDITIONS under Annex A).
To comply with the aforementioned deadline, it is sufficient to send PARIS KITCHENS, by registered letter a / ro by e-mail, the declaration of withdrawal or the form sub All A) completed in its entirety, before the expiration of the withdrawal period; at the headquarters of PARI CUCINE in Rimini (RN), Via Crimea n. 3 (CAP 47921), indicating the references of the Order and the bank details or credit card details where the reimbursement is to be sent.
The CUSTOMER will be immediately informed by PARI CUCINE by e-mail of the reception of the withdrawal.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal by the CLIENT is excluded "for non-prefabricated goods produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer" (Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament) and for "goods packaged on measure or clearly personalized "(Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014), taking into account the high level of customization that characterizes the Products of PARI KITCHENS and its production processes that occur mainly on the orders of its suppliers, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to a large part of the Products on the Site.
For further information on this, the CLIENT is invited to contact PARI CUCINE through the "Contact" section of the Website before submitting the Purchase Order.
The CUSTOMER may exercise the withdrawal also limited to individual Products covered by a single Order, without prejudice to the impossibility of exercising the withdrawal relating to a part or component of a single Product.
In case of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, if the Products have already been delivered, the CUSTOMER must return them intact, in their original packaging, complete with all their parts, including the order reference, the transport documents and the original invoice. o the accompanying document, to PARI KITCHEN at its headquarters in Rimini (RN), Via Crimea n. 3 (CAP 47921), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the withdrawal was sent.
The return of the Products subject to withdrawal must be made at the care and expense of the CUSTOMER by courier of his choice. PARI KITCHENS will not accept the return labeling method under any circumstances.
The withdrawal is excluded if the CUSTOMER returns the damaged or incomplete Product, or missing parts, accessories and / or components, including instruction manuals, licenses, warranties, etc., or without its original packaging intact.
PARI KITCHENS will not be responsible in any case for damage, theft or loss of the Products returned to us until they have been taken over.
In case of valid withdrawal, the CUSTOMER will be reimbursed for the payments made, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of the CUSTOMER of a type of delivery different from the less expensive type of delivery offered by PARI CUCINE), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of withdrawal. This payment will be made by PARI KITCHEN by bank transfer to the IBAN coordinates indicated by the CUSTOMER.
PARI CUCINE reserves the right to suspend reimbursement until receipt and verification of the Products returned.
