SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS
Standard delivery in Italy is free of charge for orders over €300.00, excluding the islands, Calabria and orders for sofas and upholstered double beds and household appliances.; standard shipping means shipping at street level.
For a possible delivery to the floor it will be estimated based on the delivery area and the type of items chosen.
For deliveries abroad, shipping costs are calculated based on the country and the type of items chosen.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
Deliveries are made with insurance coverage and careful packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the number and external condition of the packages and the integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery . If the number of packages does not correspond to that indicated on the transport document, the customer is obliged to note any missing package to the courier. In the absence of a note, a completely executed delivery is considered.
If the condition of the packages shows TAMPERING and/or BREAKAGES, the customer is required to accept the goods "WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" by declaring to the courier and describing personally and in detail in writing on the delivery man's device the external damage of the packages, before proceeding with the opening the packaging photographic documentation of the damaged points.
Undocumented General Reserves are not accepted.
The delivery times of the goods ordered vary depending on the product and are considered validated and accepted at the time of order confirmation and payment.
Delivery times are clearly shown in each product sheet.
Timings related to production and deliveries in the periods preceding the Christmas holidays or summer holidays may be subject to significant delays.
PACKAGING
One of our most important features concerns the attention we pay to the packaging of our items which will allow us to reduce damage during transport.
We take great care in preparing the packages as each item is different from each other and requires careful work with specific and respective types of treatment.
We always have the goods sent from the companies first to our warehouse so that we can repack them, taking the utmost care to ensure that they are safe and protected during transport which we will then organize to have them arrive at your address and be 100% sure that the goods will be delivered. intact and compliant. ASSEMBLY
All our products are delivered already assembled or pre-assembled.
In particular cases they are however accompanied by simple assembly instructions in other languages which will allow even the less experienced customer to be able to proceed with the assembly.
