Total or partial refunds will be made with the same type of payment chosen at the time of order (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer). Once the payment has been made, PARI KITCHEN will issue the invoice relating to the Order sending it by e-mail to the person in charge of the Order to the addresses indicated by the CUSTOMER during the compilation of the Order. In the event that, within 48 (forty eight) hours from the Order Confirmation, the holder of the Order does not receive the invoice by e-mail, the same can contact PARI CUCINE through the "Contact" section. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the CLIENT itself will be considered when the Order is completed. PARI KITCHEN recommends that the CUSTOMER check the accuracy of the information and data provided with the utmost care.

New rules for online payments

As of January 1, the new European PSD2 regulation came into force, which, in order to protect e-commerce payments even more, introduces new authentication rules for the buyer.
