The steel molds weigh 20% less than standard molds thanks to innovative technical solutions, which also reduces the energy consumption required for their operation. Furthermore, the components are designed to optimize efficiency, using at least 60% post-consumer recycled material, solvent-free water-based glues, and toxic-free upholstery and padding that comply with major international environmental standards. "Viarte" thus represents harmony between humanity, nature, and the work environment, for an experience that's good for you and our planet.

1) Internal seat structure padded with 12 mm thick heat-curved and pressed beech plywood. Padding in 35 mm thick, fire-retardant polyurethane foam, density 40 kg/m3. Protective casing in black PP.
2) Internal seat structure padded with stitching in PP loaded with 20% fiberglass with longitudinal steel reinforcements, dim. 10x10x1.5 mm, overmolded. Padding in fire-retardant polyurethane foam, 50 mm thick, density 40 kg/m3 with 200 g/m2 wadding interlayer. Protective casing in black PP. Backrest support frame in PA6 nylon loaded with 30% fiberglass with PP padding frame, black or white. Height-adjustable lumbar support in PP, black or white.
Backrest covered in mesh or 3D fabric or completely padded in 3D fabric only.
Adjustable armrests with push-button operation from 2D to 5D, in PA6 nylon filled with 30% glass fibre or in polished die-cast aluminium, all with soft PU top.
Padded headrest, adjustable 2D (height and tilt) in reinforced nylon, black or white color.
a) Synchronized seat/backrest mechanism with two pressed steel levers, 5 locking positions, anti-shock backrest safety system, and spring adjustment for oscillation calibration via a knob. Backrest tilt 20°, seat tilt 9°.
b) Synchro mechanism + two-lever slider in pressed steel, 4 locking positions, anti-shock safety system for the backrest and spring tension adjustment for calibrating the oscillation via a knob. 18° backrest tilt, 11° seat tilt. Seat slider with return spring with 70 mm travel and 6-position locking via a lever.
c) Seat with built-in translator in PP loaded with 30% glass fibre, black colour, 80 mm stroke, 9 locking positions, easily replaceable PP padding panel.
5-star base in PA6 nylon loaded with 30% glass fibre, black or white colour, Ø 700 mm with steel reinforcement ring, ANSI-BIFMA certified.
Braked nylon wheels Ø 50 mm.
